The following are the requirements needed to request for Legalization of Documents Services at the Embassy of Nigeria, Brussels
- Request form from the Consular Section of the Embassy. Download Consular Request form here. Kindly note that Adobe Reader is required to open the file. Alternatively, you can download the Consular Request form in JPEG format here.
- Photocopy of documents to be legalized.
- Original documents to be legalized for sighting.
